The Feast begins at sunset

MC). Most participants leave the next day.

Note: We can only
accept ten (10) people for the Feast (city ordinance restrictions). So sign up early to be one of those who can attend the Feast. This restriction can only be overcome if many people sign up and we
determine that we can rent a place that can accommodate more than
ten people. In this case, the added expenses will have to be shared
by everyone. However, in this case, usually you will not have to pay
for the hotel, as in such places they have rooms for us to stay in!
The price includes meals and programs.
You will have to arrange for a room with a motel in the area (ask us for
a list of the motels in the area, if you need one). We have
made some arrangements with a local hotel for a
group pricing for the
Mission members.

Tabernacles in New Mexico, please send a confirmation email to:

for further information. The last day to make a confirmation to
participate is August 1st! After this cut-off date, there will
be an additional 20% added to the original fee for attending the
Feast. No applications will be accepted two weeks prior to the
start of the Feast.
Plan to arrive early the first day! Registration will be from 3:00-5:00 PM
on
that day. If you are going to arrive later than 5:00 PM, please let
us know in advance. The Feast officially will start at 8:00 PM

If you cannot come to the Feast, you
still can participate in our activities by connecting to our website
and our
conference
room.
Maitreya will be available in
this room during the week and may give Discourses (Satsangs) a few nights. For more information about conferencing, go to:

You also can start
the Feast wherever you are. You can send us a note and ask for the
schedules. The schedules will also be online. The 2008 schedule will
be posted just prior to the Feast. Check the end of this page for the link
