We have noticed that some people are still having
trouble with GoToMeeting, the program we now use for our MOM Members
Meeting. The main problem seems to be with speaking or hearing
once inside the room, although a few have been unable to join the room at all.
First, we would like to remind
everyone that there are
on how to join and use the GoToMeeting program on our
MOM Members Meeting page. If you are having trouble, you might
want to review these instructions and make sure you are
following them correctly. There is a link to these
instructions in the MOM Meeting reminder email we send
out each month, so you can easily review them before the

understand that your audio settings must be correctly
set up before you try to use
GoToMeeting and join the meeting. If your
microphone and speakers/headphones are not working
properly outside of GoToMeeting, they will not work
within the program either. A good way to test your
audio settings is to see if they work on Paltalk, or go
to one of Paltalk's audio help rooms to troubleshoot
your problems. If you can speak and hear in
Paltalk, you should have no trouble in GoToMeeting.

training/webinar session this month. We will go
over the capabilities and features of the program, talk
about common problems and solutions, and help those who
are having trouble.
