reads during the month, as well as other thoughts,
quotes, etc.
1. Buffett and Gates,
an example for the
super-rich: Warren Buffett and Bill Gates
urge
40 other billionaires to donate at least half of their
wealth to charity.
It is interesting that they want to donate their
money to charities, not to religious organizations and/or
God. Their logic is that religious
organizations are corrupt and these billionaires do not have any
faith in them. However, most of the charities that
they will donate their money to are those that
support the ills that are plaguing the society, such
as organizations that support drug addicts, single-parent
families, abortion, gays
and lesbians, etc. They should consider giving
that money to the Mission, which is the
One that is promoting Gods Way and will spend it to
bring Gods Kingdom on earth, help
those who are Godly, and encourage the rest to become
Godly!
2. California Attorney General
calls for same-sex weddings:
Five months after the state Supreme Court legalized
same-sex unions, California voters passed Proposition 8,
which bans gay marriage. Then, a U.S. District Judge (Vaughn
Walker) overturned Proposition 8. Walker ruled
the law violates federal equal protections and due
process laws.
First of all: What happened to
majority rule? The majority voted to ban same-sex
marriage, and this ban should stand. Secondly: There
are absolute (Godly) rules that should not even
become a matter of government (executive,
legislative, or judiciary) concern and interference.
Democracy does not apply to these Laws. The
Laws that are set by nature should not be overturned
by man. The consequences of such an action
(overturning the Laws set by nature) are
demonstrated all through history. Those Laws
are made by God, and those who try to change them
will punish themselves by going aginst them.
As we said
many times: If individuals commit sin, it is their
karma. If society supports such sins, it
becomes a Collective Karma!
