Yes, the Revelation we have received, we received freely, and we give it freely to the world. You can access all our literature, downloadable audios and other files, etc. free of charge on our website. Access our literature here: https://www.maitreya.org/english-literatur/. Access our downloadable files here: https://www.maitreya.org/downloads/. However, hard copies of our materials are not free to produce. What we charge is meant to cover the cost of production.

We ship all throughout the world. We take special instructions from buyers - add a message to us in checkout or email us at shop@maitreya.org . We try to ship the products you buy ASAP, safely, and as inexpensively as possible (unless you choose a more expensive method). Some of our methods of shipment might have tracking capabilities so you will know when you will receive your products, and also where they are on their way to you. If you have any questions about the shipment of the products you bought, email us at shop@maitreya.org. NOTE: In ordering materials, if the shipping address you enter is incorrect or nonexistent and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE! We will also CHARGE FOR A SECOND SHIPPING COST to ship to the correct address. Therefore, please be absolutely sure you have entered the correct address and made no spelling or other mistakes. For international orders, we will send an email confirming the address before we send the package, in order to minimize mix-ups.
We are happy to accept returns requested within 30 days of purchase. Refund of the cost, however, does not include either the original shipping cost or the shipping cost to return the item to us. EXCEPTION: All lungota purchases are FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE (they are underwear!). To request a return and refund, please send an email to: shop@maitreya.org
Privacy is a very serious matter for the Mission of Maitreya. All financial information you input on this website is handled exclusively by third parties such as Paypal (we never see it). Any personal information we do receive, such as your email or shipping address, is kept internally and never shared with third parties.
